One thing we’ve believed from the beginning at Vessel is that brand is at the core of our product.


We see Vessel as a digital brand for GPs with their LPs. it’s really the extension of their brand in the digital world.


Perception and first impressions are extremely important. But also every interaction with your brand.


You’re judged on every touchpoint, every update, every report, every login. These moments shape how LPs view their relationship with GPs. And that’s been at the center of how we think about the product from day one.


Design is integral to us for that reason.


Our approach as founders has been simple:


(1) First, provide a best-in-class experience for the GPs we work with.

(2) Don’t think about scalability right away, just get it right.

(3) Then, once we’ve nailed the experience, we build the machine to scale it.


That’s exactly how we’ve done it so far.


Today, we’re working with around 30 GPs, not hundreds yet, but already serving hundreds, maybe thousands, of LPs through those firms.


There’s already significant scale on the LP side.


For us, brand is how the product feels in every interaction. And we’re dedicated to give our GPs and LPs the best customer experience with Vessel, that’s what brand means to us.
